Weekend is here. And I am super stoked, because we are going to be doing lots of fun dishes, and sharing recipes (but of course). Also, super excited to tell you that we (@thegirlwhobakesofficial) from now on, will also be doing a section for savory dishes.
Doing a super easy and one of my most favorite dips for today. Something that is so handy to be made at home and is an absolute winner with all your appetizers and platter dishes. Healthy + tasty. What more can you ask for, right?
Curd/Yoghurt- 1 cup
Chilli powder- 1/4 tsp
Pounded garlic- 2 cloves
Cumin powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Few coriander leaves
- Strain the curd and make hung curd out of it.
- Mix garlic, chili powder, cumin powder and salt to the yoghurt.
- Finally top the yoghurt dip with some coriander leaves and some lightly grated carrot.
- This dip can be used with your favorite nachos or as a part of the savory tarts, as you like.
